FANG Community Guidelines & Policy

Powered by FANGVAULT

Effective Date: August 18, 2026

FANG is a premier digital storytelling platform engineered for readers who enjoy immersive serialization and writers who cultivate highly engaged fan communities. FANG supports creative freedom across complex adult fiction tracks, including Dark Romance, Werewolf, Vampire, Mafia, Billionaire, Thrillers, and emotionally addictive narrative arcs.

These Community Guidelines and Content Policies outline the exact structural boundaries governing permitted user behavior, content moderation thresholds, and media restrictions across our ecosystem. By accessing or publishing content on FANG, you explicitly agree to adhere to these guidelines alongside our core Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

The FANG platform is operated by IFO DIGITAL MEDIA, LLC, 1111B S Governors Ave STE 52111, Dover, DE 19904, United States. Support Desk: support@fangapp.io | Legal Operations: legal@fangapp.io

1. Creative Freedom Framework

FANG proudly champions a highly expansive catalog of fictional storytelling. We understand that high-stakes creative literature frequently incorporates emotionally intense, complex, dramatic, or dark themes. Fictional conflict, character obsession, narrative manipulation, and stylized genre violence do not automatically violate our structural boundaries. However, content will be systematically restricted, demonetized, or permanently removed if it crosses defined legal, safety, compliance, or payment gateway operational thresholds.

2. Book Titles and Metadata Standards

Book titles and text metadata profiles must accurately represent the creative work and remain entirely appropriate for public distribution storefronts.

Permitted Metadata: Seductive or dramatic titles, mature romance branding, and standard genre terminology (e.g., The Alpha’s Obsession, Claimed by the Mafia King, Bound to the Vampire Lord).

Prohibited Metadata: Titles containing explicit pornographic phrasing, real-world slurs, hate speech, or terms directly promoting the exploitation of minors, or text deliberately designed to infringe existing copyrighted trademarks or established commercial brands.

3. Book Cover and Media Art Regulations

Book covers and associated storefront media assets must remain strictly suitable for public display across global mobile distribution marketplaces.

Permitted Artwork: Romantic embracing, stylized kissing scenes, fantasy weapons within fictional contexts, artistic blood elements within horror configurations, shirtless characters, and dark aesthetic illustrations.

Prohibited Artwork: Explicit graphic nudity, visible genitals or nipples, graphic representations of sexual acts, real-world extreme gore, or graphic self-harm depictions. Any cover utilizing copyright-infringing source graphics or unauthorized celebrity likenesses will be instantly removed.

4. Story Content Thresholds

4.1 Permitted Fiction Formats

  • Mature romance and complex character interactions;
  • Atmospheric dark romance, high-stakes psychological tension, and emotional drama;
  • Stylized fantasy combat, supernatural action sequences, and werewolf/vampire lore;
  • Narrative sexual tension and non-graphic intimate scenes;
  • Diverse LGBTQ+ relationships and comprehensive speculative fiction.

4.2 Prohibited Content Categories

In strict alignment with global legal frameworks and our merchant processor compliance rules, FANG maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward the following text or media configurations:

  • Any representation of sexual content, exploitation, or abuse involving minors;
  • Real-world terrorist propaganda, violent extremism, or hate group recruitment text;
  • Detailed instructional guides for executing serious real-world criminal acts or manufacturing illegal weapons;
  • Non-consensual explicit sexual exploitation, graphic sexual violence, or bestiality;
  • Extreme real-world gore or graphic physical mutilation presented for shock value;
  • The promotion, encouragement, or instructional tracking of suicide or self-harm actions.

5. Content Moderation & Programmatic Enforcement

To maintain absolute platform safety, FANG utilizes a multi-layered compliance verification network.

User Reporting: Every story page across the platform features an active “Report Book” interface button, allowing readers to flag content for intellectual property theft, safety violations, or policy infractions.

Programmatic Controls: Our backend servers actively analyze these user signals. Stories that accumulate verified reporting thresholds are programmatically isolated, hidden from public storefront navigation, and automatically demonetized pending manual human review.

Keyword Scanning: Newly published manuscripts are automatically scanned via text-matching string filters to block known high-risk extremist phrases or malicious configurations before publication occurs.

6. Intellectual Property, Plagiarism & AI Controls

Copyright Infringement: FANG strictly prohibits plagiarism, unauthorized text translations, or the reposting of stolen novels from alternative publishing networks. Systemic violations will result in permanent account deactivation and the complete forfeiture of monetization privileges.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Parameters: Creators may utilize generative software utilities as creative tools, provided that the uploader possesses all necessary commercial usage rights for the source materials. AI-assisted content must completely comply with our core content safety rules, must be meaningfully curated or edited, and must not consist of mass-generated automated spam text designed to manipulate platform metrics. Unedited AI spam text is programmatically excluded from platform contract rewards.

7. Reviews, Comments, and Community Interaction

We are committed to maintaining a supportive, professional digital arena for our writing and reading communities. We do not permit:

  • Targeted harassment, doxxing, personal threats, or malicious bullying;
  • Coordinated review manipulation or fraudulent engagement tracking;
  • Hate speech targeting individuals based on race, religion, orientation, or protected status.
