These Terms of Use and Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FANG platform, including the FANG mobile application, website, writer portal, content, tools, services, and related features (collectively, the “Service”).
The Service is operated by IFO DIGITAL MEDIA, LLC (“FANG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately. We may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

FANG is an online storytelling and reading platform that allows users to read, publish, and interact with digital literary content. You must be at least 18 years old or legal majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

5.1 Coins and Virtual Currency
FANG may offer virtual currency (“Coins”) used to unlock stories, chapters, premium content, or platform features.

Coins hold no cash value, are non-transferable, and are non-refundable except where required by law. FANG reserves the right to modify coin pricing, availability, or functionality at any time.
5.2 Subscriptions
FANG may offer recurring subscription plans with premium benefits. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Payments may be processed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe, or other Authorized Payment providers.
5.3 Cancellation and Refunds
Subscriptions may be canceled through Apple account Settings, Google Play Settings, FANG account settings, or by contacting support@fangapp.io. Deleting the app does not cancel subscriptions. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law or platform policies.
Users may upload stories, comments, reviews, images, and other materials (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content. By uploading or publishing content on FANG, you grant FANG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, display, publish, reproduce, translate, adapt, promote, and distribute content solely for operation, improvement, marketing, and promotion of the Service. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of publishing it.

7.1 Automated AUP Enforcement
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for violations of this section. FANG utilizes automated, programmatic content detection software alongside active user-reporting mechanisms (“Report Book” features) to scan, monitor, and analyze content. We reserve the absolute right to automatically demonetize, restrict access to, hide, or permanently remove any user account or User Content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.
All platform software, branding, logos, interfaces, graphics, and platform materials are owned by or licensed to FANG and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without prior written permission from FANG. Copyright complaints and infringement claims are handled under the FANG Copyright Policy & DMCA Guidelines.
FANG operates a multi-entity marketplace framework. While readers interact with content on fangapp.io, independent creators and authors publish content, manage rights, and track monetization metrics exclusively via our dedicated writers platform located at FangWriters.com.
Participation in our Writer Program or creator monetization tracks requires separate electronic agreements and compliance with specialized eligibility requirements. FANG retains absolute editorial discretion to:

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, advertisements, or payment providers. FANG is not responsible for the availability, content, products, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.
FANG may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue any portion of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Temporary outages, maintenance interruptions, or technical failures may occur.
FANG may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, platform abuse, illegal conduct, or repeated copyright infringement. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@fangapp.io.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANG DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, SECURITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANG SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. FANG’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO FANG DURING THE SIX MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FANG, its affiliates, employees, partners, and licensors from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of third-party rights.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting legal@fangapp.io. To the maximum extent permitted by law, disputes shall be resolved individually, and class actions or class arbitrations are waived.
By using the Service, you consent to receive electronic communications from FANG. Electronic notices, agreements, and records satisfy legal communication requirements.
FANG shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, cyberattacks, government actions, power failures, wars, or labor disputes.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and FANG regarding the use of the Service.
